Who we serve
Insured Pronto is a consumer education and insurance shopping service for people in the United States. Our readers are the people insurance is hardest on: someone whose auto premium jumped at renewal with no explanation, someone facing open enrollment with a list of prescriptions and no idea how to compare formularies, and someone turning sixty-five who has just been buried in Medicare mail from companies they have never heard of.
We cover auto insurance, individual and family health coverage including Marketplace plans, and Medicare.
What we do
We publish plain-language articles explaining how coverage is priced, what the numbers on a policy mean, and which questions produce useful answers from an agent. And for readers who want quotes rather than reading, we collect what a licensed agent or insurance partner needs in order to present real options.
The reading comes first and it is free. Nothing in our article library or in our free guide requires a phone number. If you decide you want quotes, our forms pass what you tell us to licensed agents and insurance marketing partners who serve your state so they can contact you with plan options and pricing.
How we make money
We are not an insurance carrier and we do not underwrite or issue policies. We are compensated by the licensed agents, brokers, and insurance marketing partners we connect consumers with. Saying that plainly matters, because it is the reason this site can be free and because you deserve to know the incentive behind any recommendation you read on the internet.
It also sets a standard we hold ourselves to. The educational material has to be worth reading even for someone who never fills out a form. Several of our articles tell readers to get free, unbiased help from a state program rather than from anyone selling something, including us.
